Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3weeks after receipt of payment and are shipped via EMS or Air Mail.
(The Air-mail has no tracking number)
Return Policy
Your item must be unopened and in its original unused condition to be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturer defect with the item. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase/order date to be eligible. You then must call or email us first to receive a Return Authorization Number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend delivery confirmation and insurance.

Include in your package a letter stating the reason for your Return or Exchange and the original receipt as well.
Return Exceptions
Items that cannot be returned include special order items, some dropshipped items, and anything used or opened in any way
Restocking Fee
All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order (unless our mistake).
Exchanges You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping and handling.
